The house was built in 2006 and after many years of use, its external spaces were in need of a renovation. Thus, the wooden pergolas were reconstructed and the external fixtures were replaced. The existing swimming pool, due to poor workmanship, had never been used and was reconstructed from scratch along with the paving of the surrounding area.
