The complex consists of three different volumes, which are divided into four apartments and an underground parking space. The shape of the buildings originates from the traditional typological elements of the island's architecture, revisited according to modern use requirements. The houses have been positioned in the plot having in mind the privacy of their outdoor spaces and the unobstructed view towards the lanscape. The pergolas allow comfortable use of the outdoor areas all year round.
