The building consists of two independent houses, each of which has its own basement for auxiliary uses. The two buildings have the same surface and a similar arrangement of the internal spaces. The buildings, with the exception of the basement, have exclusively a ground floor, in order to better integrate into the natural and historical environment of the area. The main facades are rectilinear and are oriented towards the view of the sea, while the other sides of the buildings consist of different volumes.
Between the two buildings it has been designed a common open space area to be shared by the users of the two homes.
Metal pergolas will be built on the facades of the buildings towards the sea, to the south, to the east and also between the two buildings. They will made of tubular metal pipes, traditional building elements that in kythira are called "canopies".
