The complex consists of ground-floor and two-storey small buildings, which are divided into six apartments and a reception. The shape of the buildings originates from the traditional typological elements of the island's architecture, revisited according to modern use requirements. The houses have been positioned in the plot having in mind the privacy of their outdoor spaces and the unobstructed view towards the sea, the small island and the shipwreck. The ground floor apartments have a private pool, while the first floor smaller apartments have a large terrace that serves as an open lounge overlooking the sea. The pergolas allow comfortable use of the outdoor areas all year round.
