The client's desire was to build a house and a garage - capable of accommodating a car and three boats - in the plot adjacent to his current property. In order to not deprive the property of the view towards the sea, the optical cone that has its fulcrum in the living room of the existing house has been kept free of constructions. The gardens of the two properties have been unified by creating a large private space open to the sea. It is the first building with external thermal insulation in Kythira.
