The building is composed of three main volumes - houses, an open-space apartment and an indoor parking space for a car and a boat. The covered space outside the building allows the use of the house's spaces both in summer and in winter. The roof parapets were built at different heights, in order to achieve integration of the building with the traditional architectural canons of the island, but also to cover the air conditioning fixtures positioned on the roof. The yard of the property has been unified with the adjacent property's yard to create a single large garden.
